We have worked together for over a decade, bringing a combined 36 years of experience in the Disability, Aged Care, Youth and Carer sectors to every project we undertake.

Over the past seven years, we held senior leadership roles exclusively within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) domain, where we designed, implemented, led, and refined Queensland’s largest Local Area Coordination (LAC) program.

Our proven ability to translate organisational and program strategies into actionable outcomes is matched by our human-centered approach. We translate complex NDIS terminology into clear, accessible language, facilitating business success through clarity and understanding. With a forward-looking perspective on the NDIS review, we understand the intentions and opportunities driving its evolution and are well-equipped to help organisations navigate this changing landscape.
