More about Jocelyn

Jocelyn is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership and executive roles, specialising in the not-for-profit and disability sectors. Most recently, she was the General Manager for the largest Local Area Coordination program, nationally.

Known for a unique blend of strategic insight and compassionate leadership, Jocelyn has consistently driven organisational growth while fostering diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has excelled in successful tendering, securing significant contracts that have led to opportunities for organisations, staff and importantly, people with disability.

She is recognised for an ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies that ensure that service delivery focuses on outcomes and impact. She is currently undertaking a post graduate qualification in coaching, specialising in leadership, performance coaching and career development. When completed, she will be registered with the International Coaches Federation (ICF), an internationally recognised certification.

Jocelyn is the co-founder of Social Sector Consulting, an innovative consultancy that harnesses and amplifies the capability, resilience and skill in the social sector.

She is thrilled to be able to contribute to a sector that makes a difference to people every day.

Jocelyn comes from a place of authentic connection and finding the best in people.

She is a mother of two young boys and lives in Brisbane, Queensland.

Jocelyn has a BA (Psychology/Sociology) as well as a finance for Business Leaders certification from RMIT.
