Working in partnership with an organisation, Managing Directors and Senior staff, we designed and delivered a workshop that enabled a new clear and inspiring vision, mission and resonant values to be created by key leadership staff, as well as task prioritisation, a clear actions list and ensured consensus and understanding of the future they want - and the steps to get there.
