We provide comprehensive support throughout the change journey using Theory of Change methodology.

Using an evidence-based approach to change and drawing on our years of experience leading supportive and successful change we will work with you to:

  • Undertake a change readiness assessment

  • Develop a communication plan

  • Use evidence based theories of change including Force Field Analysis, Bridge’s Transition Model of Change, SARAH model and ADKAR to inform our approach

  • Work with you to ensure leaders are committed to the change

  • Understand the development of shadow cultures and how to manage them

  • Capitalise on change champions Evaluate, monitor and embed the change - and celebrate the wins!

Our approach to model review and redesign (E.D.I.E) consists of 4 stages:

  • Explores the need for, and opportunity that change brings, as well as possible models of program delivery.

  • Designs possible models of operation, and the benefits and risks with each, allowing for informed decision making by the leadership team.

  • Implements the identified model and designs strategies to meet KPIs and deliverables, communication plans and timelines Embeds the ongoing work as the organisation integrates changes into their daily practice to support ongoing and long-lasting results.
